I would not recommend this company because to me this is a big mistake on their part not mine. I relied on this company to give me correct information about what it was going to cost out of my pocket before the procedure and did my part by paying for the bill upfront. I was shocked that it would cost this much anyway and would have never have scheduled an appointment if it was going to cost me $1K out of pocket. I checked with my insurance and they told me that the bill for the MRIs Alliance submitted was $, but insurance only will pay out around $K. After a month which is normal dealing with insurance companies (Blue Cross), I was sent another bill from Alliance MRI that I owe an additional $5XX for the procedure. I was told that since I have not met my deductible it would cost me $5XX out of pocket on my end after contacting my insurance.
I was contacted by a lady named Rosemary to schedule my MRI. My doctor referred me for 2 MRIs one for each shoulder.
